ELVENKING: Studio Update

Italian folk/power metal band ELVENKING recently entered Gernhart studios in Germany to record the drums for their new album, tentatively due in early 2007 via AFM Records. A brief studio report can be found on the group's official web site.

ELVENKING released its third album, "The Winter Wake", in Europe in January via AFM Records. The CD was issued in the U.S. in March. The follow-up to 2004's "Wyrd" was recorded at Sherpa Studios (Italy),mixed at Sonic Pump Studios by Nino Laurenne and was mastered at Finnvox Studios by Mika Jussilla.
